Cancellation policy
What is refunded when a booking is cancelled depends on how much notice you give before the booked start time:
- 48 hours or more before the start: 100% refunded.
- 24–48 hours before the start: 50% refunded.
- Less than 24 hours before the start: no refund.
Card payments are refunded to the card that paid. Other payments are refunded as account credit or by bank transfer, arranged with the front desk.
